Which plan should I choose?
Your Storefront on Ywait gives you online ordering and loyalty rewards at the lowest monthly price. Choose Custom Site if you want your own branded ordering website. The Custom Site & App Bundle gives regular customers your own iOS and Android apps, making it easier to keep your business on their home screen and encourage repeat orders.
How does the free month work?
Your Storefront on Ywait includes one month free. The free month does not apply to the custom site or site and app bundle.
Are there setup fees or a contract?
No. There are no setup fees, upfront fees or minimum term. You can cancel any time, with no cancellation notice required. A custom domain is included with Custom Site and Custom Site & App Bundle.
Are there transaction fees as well as the subscription?
A Ywait platform fee and Stripe or Square payment processing fees apply to orders. The platform fee is added to the customer’s checkout by default; you can ask to cover it instead. Processing fees are deducted from your payments. Ywait does not add a separate payment processing fee.
Is setup and support included?
Yes. Menu setup, onboarding and ongoing Australian support are included in every plan. We’ll help you get started and be there when you need a hand.
Are there usage limits?
No. We do not set limits on orders, locations, devices, menu items, text message (SMS) notifications or loyalty rewards.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can switch plans, and we’ll help make the move seamless for your business and customers.
