In this example, two paid coffees earn two stamps. The muffin earns no stamps. Three more coffees fill the card and earn a reward. On the next order, the reward pays for the $4.50 coffee. The extra shot still costs 80 cents. A new stamp card is ready.

Is onboarding, asset design and Australian support included?
Yes. We do the setup for you and your vendors, including vendor menus, your branded event page, QR signage and device setup. Asset design and ongoing Australian support are included. Both you and your vendors can come to our team for help after setup.
Can guests order from anywhere in the event or food truck park?
Yes. Guests can open your event link or scan a QR code, choose any participating vendor and order from anywhere in the grounds with internet access. They receive a text when ready and collect from that vendor. No app download is needed. The Ywait app is also available for quicker reordering.
Can you build a custom website for our event?
Yes. We can build a custom event website around your name, branding and vendor line-up, with links to each participating vendor’s menu and ordering page. Share it online before the event and through QR codes around the venue on the day. We’ll discuss the design, setup and costs with you.
Does event ordering work with Square POS?
Yes. Vendors using Square can connect their account to receive Ywait orders on their Square POS and printer. Other vendors can receive orders in the Ywait Admin app on a phone or tablet.
Can Ywait work across multiple event vendors?
Yes. We can create a custom ordering page for your event or multi-vendor group. Get in touch and we’ll help you work out the right setup.
Can organisers track sales and calculate revenue shares?
Yes. You can use each vendor’s Ywait sales figures to calculate your agreed revenue share. We’ll discuss reporting and payment arrangements with you during setup.
What do vendors need on the day?
Vendors need a phone or tablet running the Ywait Admin app, or a connected Square POS. Customers and vendors need internet access. We take care of onboarding and device connections, and check connectivity and any printer setup for your venue. Vendors manage incoming orders and prepare the food. Reliable connectivity matters: Ywait does not support offline ordering.
Can we use Ywait for a one-off event, and what does it cost?
Yes. One-off events and custom setups are quoted individually. Tell us your event date, location, expected attendance and number of vendors so we can discuss the setup and costs.
