How does Ywait online ordering work?
Customers open your menu from a link or QR code, choose their items and pay on their phone. Orders arrive in the Ywait Admin app for you to prepare. Mark an order ready and the customer gets a text message (SMS) letting them know it’s ready to collect.
What does Ywait cost, and can I cancel?
Your Storefront on Ywait starts at $15 a month per venue, with one month free. Custom site and app plans are also available. Subscription, platform and payment processing fees apply. There is no lock-in contract, and you can cancel any time.

Get startedDo I need new hardware, and does Ywait work with Square?
Use Ywait Admin on an iPhone, iPad or Android device you already own, with an optional compatible docket printer. You do not need a POS integration. If you use Square, you can connect it to sync your menu and manage Ywait orders through your Square POS and printer.
Do customers need to download an app to order?
No. Customers can order and pay in their browser without downloading an app. They can also use the Ywait app for quicker reordering.
Can I manage stock and item availability?
Yes. Track stock levels and mark items sold out to keep your menu up to date. You can also add sizes and extras, update prices, set trading hours, or pause ordering if it gets too busy.
Does Ywait have a loyalty program?
Yes. Customers earn stamps on eligible items and redeem the rewards you choose. Loyalty rewards are included in every plan.
What payment methods can customers use, and how do I get paid?
Customers can pay with cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Stripe sends daily payouts to your bank account, typically within two business days of payment. With Square, you receive your usual Square payouts.
